1961 年台湾国立政治大学毕业
1965 年加拿大缅省大学硕士毕业 1965-1989 缅省从事中学教职
1989 年提前退休，回返台湾母校进修 1995-1998 在云南昆明民族学院当外教
社区服务
积极参与温尼伯市华社义务服务工作 参与创设了本市华社许多文化教育机构
自 1995 年创设“云南少数民族希望工程” 及其管理至今

Born and raised in Malaysia
Graduated from National Chengchi University, Taipei, Taiwan in 1961
Graduated from University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada with MA degree in 1965 High school teaching in Manitoba for 22 years Took early retirement in 1989 and went back to studies in Taiwan at alma mater
Taught as foreign teacher at Yunnan Nationality College, Kunming, China for 3 years(1995-1998)
Community involvements
Very active in Winnipeg Chinese community Involved in the founding of many local Chinese organizations
Founded and run Yunnan Project Hope from 1995 to the present
