林佐华先生在钢铁领域拥有超过 20 年的管理和创业经验， 1995 年至 2007 年，他曾任意大利冶金设备供应商达涅利公司的中国区总经理，加入达 涅利之前，他曾任荷兰皇家霍高文集团驻中国首席代表。2007 年他创建香港 汇泓国际有限公司和北京汇泓科联贸易有限公司，从事与钢铁有关的业务。 在钢铁行业出现产能过剩的问题时，他于 2012 年退出钢铁生意，并转身从 事一些公益和投资活动，他现在是北京思道量化投研中心的创始人和合伙人。
林佐华拥有加拿大麦吉尔大学冶金工程博士学位，中国科学院过程工程研究所硕士学位，以及中南大学学士学位。
Joseph Lin has over 20 years of management and startup experience in the iron & steel industry. From 1995 to 2007, he served as the managing director of the Italian equipment supplier Danieli for its China operations. Before joining Danieli, he was the chief representative in China for Royal Dutch Hoogovens Group. In 2007, he founded both United Resources International Inc. (HK) and United Technology & Trade Ltd. (Beijing) and engaged in business related business. After withdrawing from steel business in 2012 when over- capacity issue loomed over the industry, he switched himself to some good- deed and investment activities. He is now the founder and partner of Beijing Sidao Quantitative Investment & Research Centre.
Joseph held Ph.D. in metallurgical engineering from McGill University, Canada, a MS from the Process Engineering Institute of Chinese Academy Of Science, and a B.Sc. from Central-south University, China.
