Mark Travis, Managing Partner, Exit Partners, LLC. Mark brings a proven track record of nancial leadership accomplished over his 32 years in business. Upon joining TransFirst, his role expanded to include all aspects of nance including reporting to the Board of Directors, M&A negotiation and financing, major vendor negotiations, debt and rating agency management and all financial activities of the company.
